MotoGP, Indianapolis, August 29

We displayed our MD600 and Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix and carried out a demonstration run. It was our development rider, Shogo Moriwaki took the machine out to Indianapolis circuit and showed it to the world. We got many attentions from GP spectators and medias, ending the event with great success.

Kawasaki401 meeting on September 2

Kawasaki401 meet (track day meeting) is scheduled on Sep. 2 at Okayama International Circuit. There will be Ninja250R, D-Tracker (KLX) and KSR spec races as well as track day ride. MORIWAKI is going to open a booth, will display MORIWAKI parts for Kawasaki models such as new ZERO exhaust system for ZRX1200DAEG. Come and see us at Okayama International Circuit!

MD600 appears at Red Bull Indianapolis GP

We have been working on our MORIWAKI MD600 project.

This weekend, we are going to bring #5 and #7 generation machines to the Red Bull Indianapolis GP. The 2 MD600 will be displayed and demo run is also scheduled.

MORIWAKI started upcoming Moto2 class machine development over a year ago. We presented #1 generation machine at 2008 Suzuka 8hrs Road Race. Shogo Moriwaki has been undertaking development rider role and all MORIWAKI members are putting all effort to make this MORIWAKI DREAM comes true. You will see MORIWAKI at World Grand Prix races soon.

ZRX1200 MORIWAKI Back Step kit in Australia

Australian Motorcycle News is reporting MORIWAKI Back Step kit in their series story of ZRX1200 project.

MORIWAKI Back Step Kits are applicable to MFJ regulation and suitable for track day ride.

It improves machine controllability and handling. All components are replaceable in case of damage. It also improves the appearance!!

Suzuka Sunday Road Race, Round 6

Suzuka Sunday Road Race was held last weekend at Suzuka Eastern course. From MORIWAKI Club, Suzuka 4hrs winners, Fujishima and Tabaru were entering the West Challenge Cup ST600 class and Tanaka joined ST600 Revival class.

On the race day, unusual wet weather stayed until its morning and dark clouds cover the sky rest of the day.

Fujishima won the race in the West Challenge Cup ST600 class where Tabaru got 9^th. Tanaka who was in the ST600 Revival class finished in 2^nd.

Fujishima started from 8^th in the grid but soon gained top position at lap 3 and managed to keep that position until the end.

Tanaka was 6^th in the grid. He went up to 2^nd position at early stage of the race. He fought for the top but it was never quite enough and finished in 2^nd.

Next Suzuka race for our club members will be NGK Cup race in December.

MD600 number 5

Our development of the MD600 has been progressing.

Now, it’s the 5^th generation model running on track for testing.

The development is on full-throttle.

We can not reveal much here unfortunately, however, the machine is getting faster and faster every time.
