Moriwaki cheering seat at October 3rd MotoGP Japan Grand Prix

The Moriwaki Racing will wild card entry to 2010 MotoGP round 14 Japan Grand prix on October 13^th.

The all Moriwaki staff will be gathering together at C stand where around the last corner for cheering all Moriwaki riders.

Yamaguchi won the all japan road race Okayama round.

Moriwaki Club rider Tatsuya Yamaguchi started from pole position to first win at all Japan road race ST600 class Okayama round on September 26^th.

“there was a difficulty at the start but I managed to get position back at the corners”

He is currently running on top of all Japan road race ST600 class point standing.

We could see his another victory at the next round Motegi, Don’t miss it.

Toni Elias missed podium by less than a second but another strong result!

MotoGP moved to Aragon, the first time at the Spanish circuit.  Vladimir Ivanov (Gresini Racing Moto2) is still not recovered from the injury and Michele Pirro is substituting his seat.  And Santiago Hernandez is riding for Matteoni CP Racing at Aragon instead of Lukas Pesek.

At the Qualifying Practice, Michele Pirro was the fastest among MD600 riders, marking 1’55”752 to get 8th in the grid.  Other MD600 riders: Toni Elias 12th, Thomas Luthi 20th, Santiago Hernandez 31st, Fonsi Nieto 32nd and Yannick Guerra 38th.  There was less than a second gap from the pole sitter to Luthi.  It could be another close competition.

It was a great condition for Moto2 race, the air temperature was 21C and ground was 31, completely dry.  The race start at 12:17 local time.  There was a big crash at the turn1 of opening lap and unfortunately Fonsi Nieto was one of crashed-out ones and he had to finish his race.  Michele Pirro on 11th, Toni Elias on 14th and Thomas Luthi on 15th respectively as they completed the lap1.

Elias didn’t stay in that position and started recovering his position right away.  He was already 5th at lap7, just 2.8sec behind the one front of him.  At lap17 he moved to 4th and charging up to podium but he just could not reach that far and finished in 4th.

Luthi finished in 10th, and got 6 point for his Championship race.  Michele Pirro who raced his first Moto2 World Championship got into 14th to take 2 points.  Santiago Hernandez finished in 23rd, followed by Yannick Guerra on 24th.

MORIWAKI is still leading the Constructor Championship, so as Elias in the riders Championship standing.

AUGUST 27-29/Moto GP/ MORIWAKI PRODUCTS WERE DISPLAYED AT RED BULL INDIANAPOLIS GRAND PRIX.

While Moto GP RED BULL INDIANAPOLIS GRAND PRIX was held, installed MORIWAKI products bikes were displayed at American HONDA booth.

　

 

The displayed machine was HONDA flagship “CBR1000RR”

And “CBR600RR”, Cruiser “VT1300/ VT750”

VT1300 is now developing.

                      

It catched visitor's eye and we have received various opinions from them.

We will feed back those opinion for making better products.

Yoshitaka Miyajima got on the podium both Suzuka ST600 and West challenge cup ST600 at Suzuka Sunday road race Round 6

Moriwaki club rider Miyajima participated the both Suzuka ST600 and West challenge cup ST600.

Both race and qualify was held on one day in extremely hot weather and he got 2^nd at Suzuka ST600 and 3^rd at West challenge cup.

--Miyajima comment--

"I always aim to be on top of the podium.

This time of getting on the podium was in hard physical condition, but I am not happy with it."

Could we see his revenge at next race?

The next race is on Nov 27^th to 28^th at Suzuka Sunday road race NGK GP.

MD GP Round 21 Suzuka/ Kasai 2nd, Takase 3rd got on the podium.

The MD GP Round 21 was held at Moriwaki Home course Suzuka Circuit.

MD250 user “Masamichi Kasai #23” finished at 2nd position and “Keiji Takase #80” following him as 3rd position.

Another MD250 rider “Kazuto Yumioka #10” finished 6^th position.

Let’s hope to see exciting MD race and riders on next race as well.

The Gran Premio Aperol di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini, MORIWAKI MD600 race result: Toni Elias is the man in the class!

The Moto2 Grand Prix race moved to

San Marino

and Tatsuya Yamaguchi, MORIWAKI Club rider got an invitation to participate the race from Gresini Racing Moto2 as a substitute for wounded Vladimir Ivanov.

Yamaguchi had tried to ride the unfamiliar machine as much as possible to get used to as well as with the circuit.  He closed the gap to session leader to 2.4sec at FP2.

Toni Elias was the only guy crossed the 1min 39sec line at the QP session, got second pole position of the season since the opening round with 1min38.991sec.

Other MD600 riders in qualifying: Thomas Luthi 15th, Xavier Simeon 16th, Tatsuya Yamaguchi 29th, Lukas Pesek 30th and Yannick Guerra 39th.

Today the race started on dry track with 26C air temp and 37C of ground temp.  8 way battle for top was displayed right after the race start and the pole sitter, Elias had to fight through it.  He got on top position at lap7 and started pulling away.  Further down on the track, Luthi was on 13th position, keeping 1min40s sec pace.  He was 4th at lap19 and then 3rd at lap24.

Elias kept his lead until the end and won the 6th GP win of the season.  4 wins in the last 4 races.  Luthi was 3rd on podium.  Once again, 2 MD600 riders got podium finish.  Lukas Pesek finished in 15th, taking 1point.  Xavier Simeon was riding on 7th place at one stage but run off the track at the final lap and had to settle on 19th.

Yamaguchi finished in 25th at his very first Moto2 race, in front of Guerra who finished in 26th.  All MD600 riders completed the race in one piece.

MORIWAKI keeping its lead on the Constructor Championship standing.  Toni Elias extended his lead now to 83point to the runner up.  Luthi stays on 3rd position but only 4points behind Julian Simon.

For Immediate release! Tatsuya Yamaguchi will participate Moto2 Round 12 San Marino GP!!

It was hurriedly decided that Tatsuya Yamaguchi will participate Moto2 Round 12 San Marino GP from Gresini Racing Moto2.

As the Gresini regular rider Vladimir Ivanov has got injury over the crush at previous race America GP, he is not able to place himself on grid at San Marino GP.

So Yamaguchi is chosen for running at San Marino GP this weekend instead.

He is now on the way to the circuit.

Let’s see how he rides on the MD600!!
